Ordering

Shopping at Luxual Boutique is easy and secure.  To make a purchase, simply select the "add to cart" button when   viewing the selected item.  Your item details will be displayed to ensure the correct selection.   You may continue   to browse the site by selecting the “continue to shop” button located at the upper right hand corner of the page.     When purchasing multiple items, you may adjust items in your cart by using the "Update" button.   When you are ready to checkout, select the "Checkout" button located at the upper right hand corner of the page.    At this point if you have not registered with us before, you will need to choose "New Customer" to create an   account.  If you have already registered with us before, simply log-in using your user name and the password that you created for the account.   Once an order is processed you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order.

At this time, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  All transactions are processed through our dedicated Secure   Sockets Layer Certificate (SSL) via 256-bit encryption.    Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your   order, and will only be charged for items that were shipped for partial orders.     Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that your credit card has been charged, and your   order has been shipped.   It will also include a tracking number for your package.

All Canadian and U.S. orders will be shipped via Canada Post.   We currently offer $5 flat shipping for Canadian orders and $20 for US orders.   Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days.   Shipments are made Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.     We do not ship to PO boxes, or   internationally at this time.

Taxes

We charge required provincial sales taxes (PST) for Ontario customers only, and federal GST for all Canadian   orders.   U.S. orders are not taxed.   Applicable taxes will be applied to your order at checkout.

Returns

To return an item, simply place a return request and ship the item back to us.   To make a return request, email   info@luxualboutique.com   to request a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA#).   You will receive a response   with an assigned RMA#, make sure it is clearly visible on the outside of the box.   Please also indicate “RETURN”   on all shipping documents.   Once the return is received, the amount will be credited to your account or credit   card.   We will only accept return requests within 3 business days of receipt of purchase.     Items must be unworn and unaltered, all tags must be intact, and in original condition.    Any item returned in any   condition other than that which they were originally sent will not be eligible for return, credit, or exchange.      Shipping and handling costs are non refundable.   Returns or Exchanges must be shipped with a tracking number and   insurance, as we are not responsible for lost returns.   Items arriving past 30 days of receipt of purchase will   only be eligible for store credit.

Exchanges for size can be done within 30 days of receipt of purchase.   If you wish to exchange for a different   item, we suggest returning the original purchase, and placing a new order for the new item.   Please refer to the   returns policy.
